Day 1: Arrive Bangkok (D, G)

On arrival in Bangkok, the car will take you to the luxurious Peninsula Hotel on the river. You can spend an afternoon relaxing or enjoying some traditional treatments in the spa.

In the evening you'll enjoy a dinner for two aboard The Manohra, a traditional barge which has been converted into a floating restaurant serving royal Thai cuisine. After your five-course meal, you'll be dropped back at the Peninsula's jetty. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 2: Bangkok (B, L)

After a leisurely breakfast you can spend the morning exploring the Bangkok canals in a private boat. After lunch, travel further down the river and explore the regal surroundings of the Grand Palace and Wat Po, one of Bangkok's oldest and most beautiful temples. The evening is free for you to explore everything that Bangkok can offer. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 3: Bangkok/Chiang Mai (B)

Fly to Chiang Mai in the morning to stay in the hills at the luxurious Four Season's Resort Chiang Mai. Spend the afternoon taking in the view from one of the Lanna-style pavilions overlooking terraced rice fields, or try your hand at cooking Thai food at the resort's acclaimed cooking school. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 4: Chiang Mai (B)

An early start so that you can travel into the mountains to visit an elephant camp. Spend the morning riding elephants and on a gentle bamboo raft ride along the Ping River. After lunch you can travel further into the hills to see local hill tribes such as the Palong. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 5: Chiang Mai (B)

In the morning visit Wat Phrathad Doi Suthep, northern Thailand's most important temple, and enjoy the view of the city below. You can then visit one of Chiang Mai's older temples and receive a traditional blessing by the resident Buddhist monks. After lunch, explore some of Chaing Mai's temples and shop for antiques at the local handicraft centre. Overnight in Chiang Mai.

Day 6: Chiang Mai/Koh Lanta (B)

A car will take you to the airport for your flight to the beautiful southern Thai island of Koh Lanta. A scenic drive from the airport is followed by a speedboat transfer to the island where you'll stay at the Pimalai Resort & Spa.

Day 7-12: Koh Lanta (B)

Relax & enjoy your stay at the Pimalai Resort & Spa. Overnight in Koh Lanta.

Day 13: Koh Lanta/Bangkok (B)

Take a morning flight to Bangkok. On arrival you will stay in the heart of the city at the Intercontinental Hotel, which is convenient for some of the best shopping in Bangkok so you can spend the afternoon picking up some souvenirs. Overnight in Bangkok.

Day 14: Bangkok/Phnom Penh (B)

After breakfast, your time will be your own before catching the flight to Bangkok, where transit to Phnom Penh. On arrival, the car will pick up and transfer to your hotel for check in. The rest of the day will be free. You will stay at hotel in Phnom Penh.

Day 15: Phnom Penh (B, L, G)

In the morning, you will visit Koh Dach Island by boat on the Mekong River to see the daily life of the villagers and weaving villages.

This afternoon, you will continue your tours with the Royal Palace, built by King Norodom in 1866 on the site of the old town, and the Silver Pagoda. Located within the Royal Palace, the Silver Pagoda is so named because of its floor, which is made up of 5000 silver tiles. The treasures found inside include a solid gold Buddha encrusted and weighing 90kilograms and a small 17th century emerald and baccarat crystal Buddha, Tuol Sleng Museum with its disturbing account of Pol Pot's reign of terror as well as Wat Phnom Hill, where you can view the sunset from its top. You will spend the night in Phnom Penh.

Day 16: Phnom Penh/Sihanouk Ville (B)

In the morning, we depart at our hotel in Phnom Penh for Sihanouk Ville (with driver only), 226 km, the road is excellent and after about 3 to 3 ½ hrs driving we arrive at Sihanouk Ville. After checking in the hotel we have free time at leisure to enjoy the beach and the many activities that the hotel proposes. Overnight at Sokha Beach Resort.

Day 17-19: Sihanouk Ville (B)

Today we have free day at leisure to enjoy the beach. Overnight at Sokha Beach Resort.

Day 20: Sihanouk Ville/Phnom Penh (B)

We have breakfast at the hotel & we have free time at leisure in the morning. In the afternoon our driver will take us back to Phnom Penh. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 21: Phnom Penh departure (B, G)

After breakfast at the hotel, you’ll be free until your driver arrives to take you to the airport for your deperture flight.
